1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Radha Krishna Retail website, mobile site, and services (collectively “Platform”), including browsing, account registration, placing orders, and contacting us via any channel.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “User,” “you”) and Radha Krishna Retail (“we,” “us,” “our”), a retail business registered and operating from Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
These Terms are governed by and compliant with:

3. Eligibility

To use this Platform and place orders, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout


By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a minor.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Creating an Account
You may register for an account to access your purchase history, save addresses, and speed up checkout. Registration requires a valid name, email address, mobile number, and password.

4.2 Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at vrinda@radhakrishnaretail.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Do not share your login credentials with any third party.

4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:

  • You provide false or misleading information
  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
  • You violate any part of these Terms

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Deletion of your account does not affect orders already placed or our legal obligations to retain certain records.

5. Products

5.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including fabric type, colour, dimensions, and materials. However:

  • Colours may appear slightly different on different screens due to display settings and photography lighting.
  • Fabric textures shown in close-up images are representative; minor variations in natural materials (silk, khas/vetiver) are inherent to handcrafted or natural products.
  • For cloth materials sold by the metre or piece, measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

5.2 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the rare event that a product you ordered goes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or an alternative.

5.3 Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
  • We are not obligated to honour pricing errors due to typographical mistakes.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

6.1 Placing an Order
You may place an order via:

  • The website checkout

6.2 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed when:

  • Website checkout: You receive an order confirmation email/message after successful payment.
  • WhatsApp / DM orders: We confirm the order, price, and payment details with you directly in writing, and you complete payment.

Browsing the website, adding items to cart, or initiating a WhatsApp conversation does not by itself constitute a confirmed order.

6.3 Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • The product is found to be out of stock after order placement
  • There is a pricing error on the website
  • We suspect fraud or misuse
  • Payment is not received within the agreed timeframe (for manual/WhatsApp orders)

In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

6.4 GST Invoice
A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued for every purchase, including your order details, our GSTIN, HSN codes, and the applicable GST breakdown. This will be sent to your registered email or shared via WhatsApp.

7. Payment

7.1 Payment Methods
We accept:

  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Net banking
  • Bank transfer (for WhatsApp/DM orders)
  • Any other methods displayed at checkout


7.2 Payment Security
Payments made through the website are processed by our third-party payment gateway partner. We do not store your card or UPI credentials. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with applicable security standards.

7.3 Payment Failure
If a payment fails after your order is submitted, the order will not be confirmed. Please retry or contact us on WhatsApp. If your account was debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days.

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1 Delivery Areas
We currently ship across India. Delivery to international addresses is not available at this time.

8.2 Delivery Timelines

  • Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days
  • These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to logistics partner issues, public holidays, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

8.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping above a certain order value; the current threshold will be shown on the website.

8.4 Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number and courier details via email or WhatsApp.

8.5 Delivery Failure
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, refusal to accept the package, or inability to contact you, re-delivery charges may apply or the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

8.6 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect your package at the time of delivery and report any visible damage to the courier immediately.

9. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this section carefully before ordering.
9.1 Eligible for Return / Replacement

  • Wrong product delivered (you received a different item than ordered)
  • Damaged product (physical damage during transit — must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photos)
  • Significantly different from description (e.g. fabric type materially different from what was listed)

9.2 Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Colour variation due to screen display differences (as noted in Section 5.1)
  • Minor natural variations in handcrafted or natural materials (khas/vetiver, natural fabrics)
  • Products that have been used, washed, cut, or altered
  • Orders placed on sale or at discounted prices (unless defective or wrong)
  • Fabric materials where cutting/stitching has begun

9.3 How to Raise a Return Request

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged/wrong items
  2. Send a clear unboxing video and photos to our WhatsApp or email
  3. We will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping

9.4 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
  • For cash-on-delivery (if applicable) or bank transfer orders, refunds will be via bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9.5 Exchange
Where available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund. This will be communicated case by case.

10. WhatsApp and Social Media Orders

When you place an order via WhatsApp or Instagram DM:

  • The conversation constitutes the order record. Please retain it for your reference.
  • Payment must be completed before dispatch unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  • These Terms apply to all such orders in full, even where no website checkout is used.
  • We are not responsible for orders placed to any WhatsApp number or Instagram account other than our official, verified channels listed in Section 2.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including but not limited to product images, photography, text, descriptions, logos, brand name “Radha Krishna Retail,” and design — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this Platform for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission
  • Use the Platform to harass, defame, or harm any person
  • Impersonate Radha Krishna Retail or any of its representatives


We reserve the right to take legal action and/or terminate access for any violation of the above.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of products.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party logistics partners, payment gateways, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or internet/network failures.


Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are sold “as is” and as described on the Platform. We make no warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in product descriptions. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but are not liable for technical downtime.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

Before approaching a court, we encourage you to contact our Grievance Officer (Section 16) to resolve the matter amicably. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

You also have the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the website or by email. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Radha Krishna Retail with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
